Service Agreement
By booking a service with Apex Auto Detail, you agree to these terms. We provide mobile car detailing services throughout Utah. Services are performed at your designated location.
Booking & Scheduling
Bookings are requests, not confirmed appointments. We will contact you via SMS to confirm your appointment time. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or equipment issues.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service. We send a secure payment link via SMS. We accept all major credit cards through our Stripe-powered payment system. For monthly subscriptions, billing occurs automatically each month.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your service, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge, at our discretion.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
